The Hatha Yoga Barn offers Southern Illinois a space dedicated to the practice of Hatha-Raja Yoga. The Barn features small group classes (6-8) with individualized instruction. HYB strives to be as energy efficient as possible with bamboo floors, natural light, and solar energy. Thanks to Real Estate Developers for creating such an ideal practice space.
